Chef Mark Berenato says, "da Soli Trattoria Rustica is not your average BYOB Italian restaurant, but an upscale expression of the old and new that will feature innovative preparation and presentation. My cusine is an infusion of many regions using complex techniques that converge and evolve from market fresh ingredients." Ingredients like tender, hand-cut meats slowly braised and house made pastas dressed with sauces that capture the essence of each element featured as regular menu items and daily specials. Freshly caught fish, artisanal cheeses and locally grown fruits and vegetables picked at the height of harvest will shape each course on the menu. "The 'fin' or end of the meal," Chef Berenato explains, "Will feature da Soli's delicious dessert choices expertly prepared in our own kitchen with exceptional handmade gelatos and ice creams, luscious tarts, pastries and pies."
